Macauley Campbell has served as lead counsel in almost every type of family law case, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, dependency, neglect and abuse, and adoption. In addition to being known for her litigation experience, Macauley is well known in the legal community as a fierce advocate for children. Macauley is regularly appointed as a Friend of the Court and Guardian ad Litem. Macauley has worked diligently to publicly raise awareness about deficiencies in the state’s treatment of children in foster care.

Macauley served as chair of the Louisville Bar Association Family Law Section from 2021-2023. In 2022, during her time as chair, the Family Law Section received the award of Section of the Year due to Macauley’s organization and hard work. Macauley remains an active member. She is also an active member of the prestigious Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court, where she has served as an associate member since 2022. Because of her legal acumen and litigation skills, Macauley has been nominated and selected by her peers as a Kentucky Rising Star for 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Macauley is a born and raised Kentuckian. Hailing from Owensboro, Kentucky, Macauley received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. It was during her undergraduate years that she realized her passion for family law while interning with the Fayette County Family Court.

Macauley began working at Kellner Green in 2017 while attending the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Macauley graduated magna cum laude and was in the top of her graduating class. She was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in October of 2019 and immediately began practicing with Kellner Green. Macauley is a certified mediator and skilled in assisting her clients at mediation.

Macauley is passionate about her clients and their cases. She works tirelessly to ensure that they receive the best outcome and is excellent at guiding her clients through the Court process.
